| Directions, Parking & Maps Driving Directions The Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center is located in the South Bay area of greater Los Angeles. The address is: 1000 W. Carson Street, Torrance, CA 90502 From I-405 Merge onto I-110 S toward San Pedro Take the Carson Street exit Turn right onto Carson Street The hospital is located on the left side of the street Parking All Faculty and Residents (Harbor or Visiting) with a Harbor-issued ID badge have access to the Restricted Doctor’s Parking Lot (Lot D on Map) located at the corner of Vermont and 220th (enter off of 220th). The Harbor ID badge will allow you access into the lot by reading the magnetic strip on the back of the badge. No designated parking is provided to students while spending time at Harbor. Students may park in areas not reserved for patients. Maps The Campus Map shows a topographical depiction of the Harbor-UCLA Medical campus with all areas labeled.
