County employees who have completed 12 consecutive months of continuous service by June 30, 2007and who have not used any sick leave time during January 1, 2007 - June 30, 2007 are eligible. You must complete, and submit to your Program Coordinator, a certification form with your supervisor's signature. Click here to download the certification form. The GME Office will hold a license fair for Interns on Thursday, February 22, 2007. Everything needed for licensure will be available at the fair including application forms, notary services, photography, and fingerprinting.
