Rotation Changes – Interns

Interns are allowed to change rotations on the condition that the appropriate paperwork is completed and turned into the GME Office. In most cases, the intern must find another intern to do an “even exchange” of rotations so all rotations are left covered with enough people. Then a Rotation Change Form must be filled out, signed by the interns involved, the Program Directors of the services involved, and the interns own Program Directors. Then the form is turned into the GME Office for input into the online Master Intern Schedule.
