• Dean's Letter
• Two (2) letters of recommendation from faculty who have observed your performance in the clinical setting
• Postgraduate Training Authorization letter from the California Medical Board, if applicable
• USLME Score reports

Information Session (Interviews)
No formal individual interviews will be provided to applicants for the academic year 2011-12. A group of applicants will be invited to visit our program and meet directly with the Program Director for approximately two hours for an overview of the program and to discuss any questions raised in this group setting. In addition, applicants will have ample opportunity to tour the campus as well as meet with current trainees. Accordingly, the interview process has been designed primarily to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about our training program and environment and is not a requisite for ranking.

Information sessions will begin in December 2011. Please view the applicant information video clips (official link below). Those invited and unable to participate in one of our information sessions must provide a letter of interest via email to be "considered without" visiting our campus. The correspondence should briefly address specific interest in our training program, as well as, any special qualifications or experiences you feel should be considered during the selection process.
