Office of Graduate Medical Education

The Office of Graduate Medical Education at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center primarily serves the educational, administrative, emotional and accreditation needs of its trainees. Under the leadership of Darrell W. Harrington, M.D. MACP., Director of GME and Designated Institutional Official, the offices provide support and oversight for more than 500 trainees in fifty-one of its sponsored residency and fellowship programs.

Harbor-UCLA Medical Center has provided high-quality, cost-effective health care to insured and uninsured residents of Los Angeles County for more than half a century. As the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the area with a broad range of both surgical and medical specialties, the Hospital provides care for a diverse and challenging population. read more
