Introduction to Lean: “Learning to See” (Lean 101) Training Opportunity!
Lean is Harbor‐UCLA’s performance improvement methodology. In this 6-hour introductory course, you will be provided an overview of key Lean principles. Course includes opportunities for practical application– interactive car simulations to cement key concepts.

For Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and other LA County DHS Staff: The Lean 101 training course consists of a 2‐hour Online (eCourse) “Part 1,” and a 4‐hour in-person session, “Part 2.” Participants must complete Part 1 before attending Part 2.
