The call rooms listed below will be remodeled in the month of November. There will be several email communication regarding the status and closure of designated rooms. The plan is to close 3 rooms at a time to patch, paint, replace flooring, remove old furniture and bring in new furniture. Call Rooms 8C1, 8C2 and 8C3 will be flex rooms for the 3 that are under construction during its scheduled time.
This notification is for the upcoming week (Thursday October 29th – Thursday November 5th ). Facilities will be removing all locks from the lockers on Friday November 6th, please remove all personal items by Thursday November 5th. All unclaimed items will be considered waste and will be thrown away. Each room is designed with standard furniture, any furniture added by the department throughout the years must be removed by Thursday November 5th or it will be removed by facilities as waste.
Notifications will be placed on each call room door in support of communication during this upgrade.
