Medical Genetics Fellowship
Overview
The Division of Medical Genetics, the Division of Genomic Outcomes, and the Institute for Translational Genomics and Population Sciences (all at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center) are part of the UCLA Intercampus Medical Genetics Training Program. The participating campuses are: UCLA Medical Center (Westwood); Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; Children’s Hospital Orange County; and Harbor-UCLA.Post-graduate training is open to academically-oriented individuals with an MD, PhD, DDS, or equivalent degree.
Training areas include: Clinical Genetics; Medical Biochemical Genetics; Clinical Biochemical Genetics; and Laboratory Genetics and Genomics. Research training is supported in part by a National Research Service Award Fellowship (T32) grant from the National Institutes of Health.
