About Harbor-UCLA and the Divisions of ID & HIV

Fellows receive early exposure to research opportunities and formal mentoring. The majority of our fellows have had passions in clinical research and devoted time to projects highlighting clinical cohort outcomes or quality improvement projects at Harbor-UCLA.  However, some have chosen to spend their time at the bench too!

Both the HIV & ID Division faculty are heavily invested and productive in fields of clinical, basic, and translational research through the Lundquist Institute on campus. Faculty are eager to provide opportunities for involvement and mentorship with our fellows.
