Michael Wayne Fleischman, MD
I grew up in Maryland where I attended University of Maryland SOM for medical school. Wanting a change from the Mid Atlantic winters, I headed down South to Emory University where I completed my Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology/Hepatology training.
After graduating from Emory, I moved out to CA in 2014 and have been on staff at Harbor-UCLA and part of the UCLA combined fellowship program. My academic and clinical interests are in general GI, hemostasis and chronic liver disease. Outside of work I enjoy playing soccer, fly-fishing, skiing, surfing and spending time with my wife and our pup Rocco.
