Joe Torres, MD

Dr. Joe Torres graduated from the David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) at UCLA/Charles R. Drew University (CDU) PRIME program and earned a Master’s in Public Policy at the Luskin School of Public Affairs. He then completed his residency training at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, becoming board-certified in Internal Medicine. Currently he is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Health Sciences at DGSOM and a GIM faculty member at Harbor-UCLA. His scholarly interests are focused on medical education, POCUS curriculum development and improving health access for immigrant communities.
