This residency program participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). We do not solicit nor recruit intern applicants outside of the Match. All applications for residency training and supporting documents MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System). We do not accept applications via e-mail, fax, letter, or in person. This year’s application deadline is November 10, 2023.

Our selection committee only reviews completed applications that include:
Dean’s letter
3 letters of recommendation (1 from a primary care physician)
Official USMLE or COMLEX transcripts
Personal statement
Medical school transcripts

In addition to the above, additional requirements for 5th Pathway and Graduates of Foreign Medical Schools include:
ECFMG Certification
Evaluation Status Letter (issued by Medical Board of California) or valid California medical license
Permanent Resident Visa status
All letters of recommendation must be from American medical school faculty acquainted with your clinical skills

After committee review, invitations for virtual interviews are sent via e-mail.

All interviews for the 2023-2024 application season will be virtual.

Interviews will be held from late October 2023 to early January 2024.

Interviewees will be invited to online “meet and greet” sessions with residents. These sessions will not be evaluative and will not impact the ranking process. There will be no “second look” opportunities for this application cycle.
